How to Use Versioning

New versions of a topic or subtopic file can now be uploaded without creating a separate topic or subtopic. For example, when committee members offer input on a draft response to a consultation, a second version can be posted and commented on separately from the first version. In essence, versioning helps keep track of comments made on different versions of a document, making it easier to reach a final version or consensus. 

  1. Click "Add New Version" on the topic file.
  2. Follow the instructions to upload the new version.
  3. Repeat for as many versions as needed.
