- Schools or colleges that are revising their bylaws and/or regulations should submit the revisions to the Committee on Elections, Rules, and Jurisdiction for review prior to faculty approval. The Graduate Council Bylaws Subcommittee does not review school or college bylaw/regulations revisions.
