Step Plus Proposal

During the June 3, 2011 meeting, the Representative Assembly passed the following resolution: “The Representative Assembly wishes to form a task force to determine the feasibility of potential simplifications of the academic personnel process that will result in reducing the amount of staff and faculty time invested in that process. This Task Force will report back to this Assembly one year hence.”  The following chronicles our efforts to take action and consult with committees and members.  There are issues affecting faculty salary equity beyond the Step Plus Proposal.  Click here for more information regarding faculty salary equity.

It is important to remember Step Plus is still a proposal and we need your feedback to guide discussion and further refinement.  Please use the web forum link to submit your comments regarding the step plus proposal.
