Question: Does the Committee on Committees or the Executive Council of the undergraduate Colleges appoint the three members representing the executive or program review committees of each of the colleges offering undergraduate instruction on the Committee on Undergraduate Instruction and Program Review?.
CERJ finds that Davis Division Bylaw 121 is ambiguous; but we believe that, since the function of these committee members is to represent their colleges, the colleges are best placed to make the appropriate appointments.
